How many ultrasounds?

I’ve only had one ultrasound in the beginning to confirm pregnancy and the 20 week fetal scan. Is that normal? I asked my OB if I will get another ultrasound to check the growth of the baby since I am 35 weeks now but she said it’s not necessary because my uterus measurements are on track. So I won’t see the baby until birth. How many ultrasounds did you all get?

I would have only had 3 if everything was okay. A dating one, 12 week and 20. I’ve gotten a lot though because my baby is measuring small

Since I'm high risk I've had one at 14 weeks, 19 weeks, 27 weeks, 31 weeks, and will have another at 36 weeks.

I only got 2. There was a mention of possibly getting a growth scan because I was measuring ahead from 20 weeks until 32 weeks but now I'm measuring back to normal so no scan is necessary.

Ive only had 2 also. I was due yesterday and if by Monday I haven’t had her I have one. It’s to measure the fluid around her to make sure it’s still healthy for her to be in there

I’ve had two. One at 12 weeks and one at 20. I don’t expect any more since so far I’m not high risk and also our insurance only pays for the two in my case. There’s always the option for you to play out of pocket for a 3D/4D scan, but at 35 weeks you don’t really have too much further to go and it kinda seems like a waste of $$. You’ll meet baby soon enough! Patience!!

I had a 12 week for nuchal fold test, and the 20 week anatomy scan. if nothing is identified to cause concern, I don't expect any more.
