PCOS and 5 weeks pregnant
I was told I have pcos when I was around 20. No diagnostic tests just from symptoms. I have a period every month they just range in length from 29-34 days. I am now 26 and have been ttc for 5 months and got multiple bfp's this month. The test lines did get progressively darker. This is my first pregnancy and my question is for those with experience. I am calling to make my appt with ob tomorrow. Would it be silly to ask for them to let me come in and get a quantitative hcg and progesterone levels drawn now instead of waiting until appt day? Is that something you ladies have had done? I really would like to for my own reassurance. I have done research and found that low progesterone levels is common in pcos patients and a cause for miscarriage.
