you know kids everywhere are screwed when the people there to protect them won't do their job then give you 8 excuses as to why a child in immediate danger isn't safe! they don't wanna take new reports of child endangerment and after speaking to 9 different people ranging from police to children's charities to adult services all of who are worried about this child say the children's safeguarding team won't look into a reported child because they don't have the funds or man power. they then class emotional and mental abuse as fine because you can't see the marks!!! mental abuse is worse! bruises heal but mental scars never leave. if they'd have done their damn jobs that child never would've been there in the first place!
