I just caught my SOs ex wife stalking us outside of our home. She was under the impression he was going somewhere at 8:30 when in actuality, it was me needing to go somewhere at 8:30 but that's none of her business so he didn't bother explaining. Anyway she was concerned that he was going somewhere and leaving the kids with me. We've been together for a year and a half, have a baby on the way and have his boys 50% of the time. I'm not exactly a stranger 🙄 In their agreement they have what is called "first right of refusal", meaning if one of them can't be with the children during their parenting time they have to offer it to the other parent as opposed to getting a sitter or a family member to look after them. Fine, makes sense. I don't think this applies though if someone is running up to Fry's for 15 minutes but who am I to judge 🤷 Anyway, I got in my car and open the garage door and saw her sitting in her car at our neighbor's house. It was dark out but this is not the first time she has done this and I would recognize her car anywhere. So I honk the horn to get my SOs attention and as soon as he walks out she moves her car down the street a little bit. I told him I knew it was her and she still in the neighborhood and I wanted him to call her and tell her to go home. So I pull out and see this bitch down the block... I drive over there purposefully past her so she can see that it is me leaving and not him... I may have also glared at her 😂 So she starts following me. I called my SO and I told him what was going on and then I sped up so that she couldn't follow me anymore. I feel so violated and I shouldn't have to feel this way in my own home. She tells him she was just parked texting but at night time you can clearly see if someone has their phone on in their car because the whole cabin glows from the back light of the phone and you also don't move down to a different position once your stalking position has been compromised if you're just texting 🙄 Shes absolutely crazy and I'd be lying if I said I wasn't afraid of what she will do. Not physically but she has brought CPS to our door with false accusations before. I don't think it is fair or right that she does this but I've called the police before and they tell me it's perfectly legal for her to sit on the side of the street 🤷 I don't really know what to do except keep documenting these incidences because if nothing else it is stalking and interference at a minimum right? FML I had no idea what I signed up for in blending this family and sometimes it gets the better of me, especially right now with all of these pregnancy hormones 😭
