Recently merged families.. I have two boys (5&15mos) he has 2 boys (6&5) and a girl (9)
I've always made meat potatoes and veggies for dinner.
He raised his kids on fast food and convenience food.
It's hard to get the kids to eat when I cook and is hard for me to turn down the junk food (I've had an unhealthy relationship with food my whole life; eating my emotions)
I'm 250lbs I need to lose weight! I get winded singing and can't keep up with 5 children!
Please help y'all!
So far I've started pounding back water bottles instead of soda (it's been a week and a half since I had a pop)
I've recently started some vitamins also; B12 for metabolism, biotin for hair nails skin, zinc, and pomegranate extract?
Advice appreciated !!!
