Spotting or do I need to go to ER?

I went to the bathroom and this was on the tissue.. is this normal first pregnacy.. I'm 10 weeks 2 days

For that amount of spotting I don’t think you need to go to the ER. They won’t be able to do much for you besides arranging an ultrasound which you can do with your doc on Monday. 
If the bleeding picks up (heavy bright red blood or clots) or you get painful cramping, I’d go in. A lot of docs (at least here in Canada) also have someone who covers their patients on call for after hours issues too, so you could try calling their office and see if they left a number to call to talk to someone about what’s going on.
Spotting can be normal in pregnancy though and many women will have healthy pregnancies with occasional spotting throughout.

As long as it’s not bright red and it doesn’t have clots I wouldn’t worry too much!  If you go to the ER all they’ll do is an ultrasound and then charge you hundreds of dollars. Call you’re OB if that will help give you a piece of mind!

Thanks everyone for replying. I recently had to switch obgyn bc of insurance purpose.. so I don't knw if they have a weekend call line but I will check now. Thanks everyone!! I don't have cramps but the past few days my vagina has been burning so maybe I have a yeast infection.. it started Thursday so now thanks to everyone's respond.. I'll just wait to call on Monday.

That’s normal . But if you have bad cramps with red blood I️ would go to the er
