Digital and strip OPKs not matching up

So I’ve been doing OPKs since CD 9. I used both the Clearblue digital and the cheap strips. The strips were negative but starting to look darker and the CB digital read low for three days in a row. Yesterday CD 13 it gave me a solid smiley without ever having a flashing smiley. I did a strip as well but it was negative. The strips finally showed positive this morning.

I had a big temp drop yesterday and then a .8 rise in bbt this morning. Will I ovulate today or tomorrow? I am BDing regardless, I just want to know which day it is!
