Help😩

So idk if I’ve mentioned before that I miss AF the whole month of April had brownish discharge for 1 week and had spotting 2 days before the discharge started and 2 days after it was gone.

Wednesday it happened again after using the bathroom as I wiped I noticed a bit of blood on the tissue and just today it happened again but this time around I have a bit of cramps on and off and when I used the bathroom again there was nothing on the tissue. I’m dying to test but I’m tired of seeing BFN on the pregnancy tests 😔 what should I do ? 😭
