I am about to be 37 and I am trying to have one more baby

I am about to be 37 in May and I been trying to get pregnant for 3 to 4 May months now I am thinking I cannot anymore could it be that I am overweight and my eating habit haven been healthy but I told myself this week going to start eating good and healthy my period is coming up next week hopefully I am pregnant but I don’t feel like I am anyone with the same problem
