Symptoms before BFP

So, according to one of my period trackers I am due for AF in two days. However I’ve been having some serious stomach cramps for the past week, lots of creamy then sticky and even sometimes watery CM. I also need to go to the toilet all the time and when I do is always number two! I’ve not changed my diet, infact I’ve been eating less the past couple of days as haven’t had much of an appetite!

Did anyone have similar symptoms before getting a BFP? I’m trying to wait for two days before I test as a big part of thinks I’m finally pregnant but another is like no, this is all AF signs!
