Emailing a tattoo artist

So I’ve never been tattooed before, and am unsure how to go about setting up an appointment / contacting the tattoo artist. I know who I would like to get a tattoo from, but I’m not sure how to email them and what to say. The email that’s provided is the entire tattoo studio’s address, and I’m not sure if it would be considered rude to specify the artist I would like.

I also can’t get tattooed until mid to late December and am unsure if now would be too early to email.
