I’m 36 weeks today and my doctor told me that my daughter is breech. She said she has 2 options of either a CS or to try to deliver vaginally and they turn her around. The only problem is that there isn’t enough amniotic fluid for her to turn around but she is still going to check every week. What I’m wondering is what should I bring in my hospital bag ? (I don’t plan on breastfeeding much if at all) and what are some ways to help with pain/faster recovery after I have a CS ?
