Very chronic yeast infections

It feels as though I get them about once a week, I do apple cider vinegar/water douches at least once a week, but it’s starting to really worry me. The chance of me having an std is slim to none, as I’ve apparently only been with two virgins, three years apart. I don’t have any strange or smelly discharge unless it’s that of a yeast infection. I just started “yaz” as well, about two months ago. My vagina is inflamed from it being torn I think so can that be why?? It’s getting so old and unbearable. Any tips?
