Help! Is something wrong?

I found out I was pregnant about 2 weeks ago, I've been continuing to take tests to see line progression. Today I woke up with severe cramps but no bleeding and I took a test and the lines have faded significantly! My first ultrasound is may 16th and then OB is June 7th, what should I do? Or should I not be worried. I'm only asking because I heard that the brighter the lines the higher hcg levels and they should double every 48 hours.

You could be experiencing the hook effect. Try diluting your urine and testing again before jumping to the worst case.

I am in the boat. Found out I was pregnant last on may 2nd and test was very faint. Everyday is just lighter almost invisible went to doctor to do blood work today. I am waiting for the results. I am anxious

How many weeks are you? After a certain point your HCG becomes too much for the test so the lines get faint. It’s called the hook effect. If you dilute your urine it makes the line stronger again

My lines are faint. I was told some women just don’t get dark lines and they are to identify positives or negatives not hcg levels. HCG can fluctuate in urine depending how many times you’ve used the toilet or diluted the urine etc. Blood Betas are to check if the level is doubling
