My period is being so messed up it is bugging me so for three years I have had heavy heavy periods in the last 6 months it has been lighter and now this period it is only spotting it most has been brown blood so I know it’s old blood n has been only pink like twice in four days and this period was a whole month late. I’m only 21 with pcos. Has anyone else dealt with this I even played with my sex toys with makes it turn into a red river even with it’s been light and it only went to pink for an hr. Anyone have heavy periods change to light or pcos that has changes in cycles like this and by the way my period has never regular without birth control and even on birth control it was heavy but in may il be two years off birth control
