Symptoms after AF?

OK, so we know PMS and early pg signs can be similar. 
Has anyone continued after AF though?  My uterus still feels heavy, boobs achy here and there, daily headaches, weak stomach. I'm at a loss here, the period was normal🤷

I get it all the time! could be a build up to ovulation as they are similar symptoms. I have polycystic ovaries though so that may contribute to my constant symptoms.
