Nonstop headache...

Hi ladies. I’m wondering if anyone else is going through something similar. For the last 5 days (along with terrible nausea) I’ve had this dull headache. I’ve tried Tylenol, upping water intake, drinking Gatorade, sleeping etc. and nothing is providing relief. Just wondering if it’s “normal” to have such a long term headache during pregnancy. I have other children and don’t recall anything like this during my other pregnancies. If it doesn’t let up by tomorrow I’ll be calling my doctor but thought maybe some of you may have some input?
