Help with my boyfriend

I have my first boyfriend and we had been friends for 3 years and he finally asked me out and we’ve been officially dating for a month and haven’t kissed or held hands. We have cuddled a little bit while watching movies but nothing too much. I’m scared to do anything further because we’ve been friends for so long. He would be my first kiss and first hand hold for both of us. I’m scared what should I do? Any advice?
