Is there any harm?

I know you’re supposed to wait 3-6 months before trying to conceive again due to calculating the date you conceived and for your body to heal. But I feel ready. I started bleeding 8 days ago ended up having a miscarriage the bleeding has completely stopped about 3 days ago and now having eggwhite mucus my s/o is ready to try again we both feel ready. Is there any harm in that? I was only 6 weeks when I had my miscarriage so I wasnt far along we just don’t want to wait 3 months to try again. Ive heard of many people becoming pregnant again 2 weeks after miscarriage due to you being more fertile after.
