Skipping a month on the pill??

Yes, the title is correct. My mom won’t let me get a new prescription. She knows I don’t have a bf right now. I told her I need a new pack and she’s saying things like: you can’t just skip a month? I told her even just skipping 2 days throes it off.. 🙄🙄🙄

It’s not a good idea. You could literally start bleeding after a few days of missing it. If all else fails you could get a prescription through maven and just tell them the current birth control you’re on. It’s $35 but you have to get it one way or the other. This way was cheaper for me to get my birth control. I had got mine through the health department and it costed me $90. But through maven I had a year prescription for $35 & you didn’t have to pay when you went to pick it up. But you do have to pick it up every month.
