It was just a different feeling than all the others.. this may sound weird, but he felt like home. Like the rest of the world faded out and slowed down. Kind of like relief..

I could tolerate his presence for more than 5 minutes. I'm very introverted and people drain me and annoy me at the same time. He annoys me too but I miss him when he's not around.

I finally felt complete ...I guess is the right word? I could just relax, be myself and felt reassured. Where I lacked, he picked up and vice versa. It was like we felt more like ourselves together.

The thing I noticed right away was he was a part of how I felt. I wanted to be the person to make him smile the rest if his life, be a part of his happiness ... spend my life making his dreams come true and I got that back from him. I just wanted that and gave that naturally, effortlessly..

He was my first boyfriend. I was 14, he was 17. I knew extremely fast. After a few months together we were at his house with a few friends. He had a collection of those really high quality lightsabers and we all decided to have a "battle" in the basement with the lights out. I remember I won by hiding on a ledge on the staircase with my lightsaber off and when he walked by I jumped behind him, turned mine on and hit him with it. Lmao

He fell to the floor and just started laughing. Kissed me and couldn't stop raving about how amazing I was. I know it sounds stupid but I had never felt that happy/comfortable with anyone just being my dorky self. I knew I wanted to be a dork with him forever.

That was 10 years ago.

My thing is we've tried dating other people and always seem to come back to one another after a while. I think about him everyday now that I'm not dating anyone and as bad as it sounds when my other relationships started going downhill he was always there to catch me. I want to tell him how i really Feel but I'm scared of losing him which is stupid because I did lose the guy I fell in love with for a while due to PTSD so in essence he was there but just hidden under so much damage.  Now he's away at school and it's been so much harder then when he was enlisted. Yea I'm just lost lol
