lumps/ bumps around incision area

i am 6weeks pp. I felt a 10cents coin bump under my skin on the right bottom of my incision area during shower yesterday. I can feel a dull pain when I touch it. (I didn't dare to touch anywhere near the incision area since the surgery except when I lie flat to apply the scar gel given, that's all) I brave myself yesterday n touched felt that area. seems ok, healing pretty good except that bump, and when i touched on the incision I can feel hard lumps along the incision under the skin too. I suspect it is the excess scar tissue under the skin. :( else what could it be? Please share if you have similar experience I really do not hope to have new surprises:( especially that 10 cents bump
