FAmily Medical Leave Act
I finally graduated with my BA in Child and Adolescent development back in May. And two weeks ago I started applying for jobs.
A couple of days ago, my husband and I got on the topic of having children. We've been married for about five years and we have always had a rationale for not starting a family (ie: wanting to finish college, getting a house, etc). We still haven't gotten a house or anything but we've decided that we don't want to wait till then. So we are going to start ttc.
My question is how long after I accept a job offer should we start? I think you are required to work for an entire year before you are eligible for FMLA...so should I wait a year? Or can we start ttc after 3 months--since it will take 9 months til birth?
What is your opinion?
Thank you in advance for your suggestions! <3
