UTI or no?

For about four days now I constantly have to pee, and even when I pee it feels like I have some pressure that I still need to. I have a random throbbing sensation in my vagina. A lot of cramping in my pelvic region. Lately I’ve been feeling nauseous, headaches, and extremely tired. But my urine doesn’t smell, I don’t have a burning sensation when I urinate, my urine isn’t a weird color, and I haven’t had any weird discharge except for one time two days ago when I had specks of blood in a clear discharge.

Any advice what this may be?
