Nuchal Testing Tomorrow

This will be my 3rd ultrasound and im very excited to see the baby tomorrow at 11 +5 days. I am having my nuchal testing done and starting to get in my head wondering if the baby has any abnormalities. I feel like there is never a dull moment in the first trimester. I want to start enjoying my pregnancy but im sick all the time and always worried. I really want my baby to have the best life! I hope he or she is ok! I have a feeling I wont be sleeping well tonight ugh.
