Am I the only one ? 🙏🏼

Im never late . Already went to the ER to get checked , everything was fine . They did a urine test and it came out negative. But no blood test . I went Saturday , today I’m currently 7 day lates no sign of my period . Should I test again ? My fiancé has three kids with the mother of his children and he the one who’s put it in my head I’m pregnant . Now I’m always tired , my hips are change , my breast are starting to look puffy around my nipple and my hip are changing . Insomnia and I get nauseous at random times of day and the past two day I’ve thrown up at random times . I have a gut feeling I am but nervous If not then what’s up with my body ?
