What should i do

Okay I'm 22 years old an my mom has been in an out of my life I think this is the longest she's been in my life since I was little 6-16 was off an on we talking everyday but for the past few times she's been saying that she's doing something or will call me back. But don't. An I k ow she had her own thing to do but when she don't talk to me for like 4 1/2 days an I write her on Facebook an text her an she don't answer me at all an when she does she says I do want to talk to you! But why does she do this to her only daughter. My husband told be yesterday that he thinks it's time for me to write her name off everything if she's going to keep doing this to me. For example one minute she's telling she's coming down to see me two days later no I not coming down the next day I'm coming down to go camping with you all if you want to come. But then she don't write me I k ow she has a boyfriend an everything but you can't keep playing with someone feeling. Am I the only one that going through this with there mom or dad? Is it something wrong with me? I'm being for real! Please let me know if I'm over thinking things please an thanks
