I got my period a few days ago and now my supply is none existent.. I literally was only able to get maybe 2oz of milk from both breast total! idk what to do I was already having difficulty with my supply and now this. I am stressing myself out like crazy because nothing is working to get it back up and the formula keeps constipating little man
