Changing Cravings/Aversions

7 weeks and the last 3 weeks all I’ve wanted is meat, cheese, and salt. I woke up this morning and thought about last night’s dinner (beef gyro) wanted to hurl. All I can stomach are plain carbs (croissant, bagel, rice). Walked by some scrambled eggs at the hot bar of my grocery store and was 🤢🤢🤢. Is it normal for cravings/aversions to change so randomly and suddenly?
