Adderall & TTC?

I have been taking Adderall for almost 8 years now. I am 31 & have been TTC for 7 months now & just suffered a MMC 6/17/15. I stopped taking my Adderall as soon as I found out I was pregnant, but since the D&C due to MMC I have started taking it again as I function much better on it. I'm curious to know if anyone has personal experience with TTC while taking Adderall or amphetamines...success stories or beliefs that it decreases fertility...it tends to dehydrate me or cause dry mouth so I'm curious if it might have an effect on CM? I do not plan to take it when I get pregnant again (I say "when" because I have to think positive, especially after this loss) but I would like to take it while TTC. It's a pregnancy category C so there are no studies on this...personal experience is all I can count on. Any input would be much appreciated! Thank you ladies & baby dust to you all💖!
