Ichy nippels!!!! Help!!!

So I was 18days late with my period and then had my period for 3days(normally its 5/6)and hade sex 4 out of seven fertile days. I started experiencing weird stuff like food I eat all the time tastes funny ect but for 4days now my nippels are ichy all the time!!!!! Its driving me crazy and I really need it to stop!! Please help me what can I do to make it stop I cant sleep because of it!! Can it be a pregnancy symptom( im not ttc) if not what the hell?????
