Feeling Discouraged

My bf and I have been TTC months now. I have had one rainbow baby with him. Went to the doctor a few weeks ago for feeling really weird, found out i waa dehydrated. So we thought nothing else of it. I have a family history of spontaneous mc. So doc calls few days ago and say hey you are a little pregnant. I asked how when you said i wasn't? Its showed in my bloodwork but not my urine. I have been spotting for 4 days now with lots of light but irritating cramps. My appt. Isn't until next week but he told me to take it easy. Should i be worried if its not as light pink anymore?
