Which pool to get ?

Question

Anyone have either one of these pools? I can’t decide between the 10x30 (TOP PIC) or the 12x30 (BOTTOM PIC). It’ll mainly just be me and my 5 month old who will get it in, although my husband may a little . I don’t know why I’m so back and forth about the size! Is this a good pool? We just need something cheap to cool off for the summer and not looking to invest a lot.

I have a 10'x30" and lemme tell you that top pic is misleading. It isn't that big. If two adults sit down with their legs in front of them their feet will touch. That being said, we love ours. It's small enough the maintenance is minimal and big enough for my 5&2yr old to have lots of play room. The pump and filter that come with are very weak so you'll either need to invest in a more powerful one or just be prepared to clean the far side of the pool more than the side closer to the pump. It doesn't push the clean water out hard enough to create a proper current for water rotation. Make sure you get all the proper accessories for it: leaf net, basic vaccuum, chlorine tabs, extra filters, test strips

If it’s just going to be mostly you and your baby I think the smaller one will do just fine... that’ll be a good size for you to hang out in, and your husband could definitely fit comfortably with the two of you
