Eptopic?? No insurance

Okay I need some advice. For about a week now, I’ve been experiencing on again off again cramping, mostly on the right side but sometimes randomly on the left. I haven’t been drinking a lot of water because I forget.. went to my primary physician today for a confirmed pregnancy test and blood work to see what my levels are... last night I got a sharp pain in between my shoulder blades neck area but went away.. I am gassy, bloated, and feel so tired and sleepy.. I can’t determine if it’s normal pregnancy sx or if it’s the onset of Eptopic?? I won’t be able to get an US until next week when I have insurance ... should I be panicking or have others had these same symptoms?
