Please read!!! TMI photo alert 🚨 women who had miscarriages please read

I’ve been spotting brown blood for almost a week now and I’m 8 weeks and 3 days. Well I went in for my ultrasound today and I measured 6 weeks and 1 day and the ultrasound technician said I’m probably going to miscarry any day now due to the baby not growing anymore.

Well I went home and started to have massive unbearable cramps and this came out of me when I was sitting on the toilet. Could this be the yolk sac??? It looks like a little clear water ballon
