Mastitis - 19 weeks pregnant -help please

Hi everyone

On Friday night I felt a huge lump the size of a golf ball in my left breast. Went to OOH doctor on Sunday morning. Got examined and was told I have Mastitis. I had no fever just this painful lump that was sore to touch. So I started antibiotics since then. However the lump is still there - I massage, apply heat etc it goes down slightly after hours of this then half an hour later it sort of fills up again(clogged duct maybe)

Has anyone experienced this?

What do I do in the interim, I can’t get an app with my GP until Fri. My hands are sore massaging not to mention my breasts just can’t take it anymore they so tender - any advice please?
