My husband and I have been married about 3 years but in those years we have been through more than most. Our daughter was born at 32 weeks with a congenital heart defect and we spent the first 6 months of her life in and out of the hospital. She was on oxygen and was med flighted accross the country to have life saving heart surgery in California at 6 months. We stayed in California away from all family and support for over two months. This took a HUGE toll on our marriage. My husband especially does not deal with stress well so he was awful to be around. We fought constantly and it nearly broke us. We separated and talked about divorce and had met with lawyers but he decided to go to therapy and things have thankfully improved. When I moved back he asked me to renew our vows! We renewed our vows a week ago and it was beautiful. We just got the pictures back and they are amazing!! I had to share with all of you ♥️ We are now TTC number two!
