Possible Yeast Infection

I Have Been Experiencing Some Irritation Down There And Some Itchiness I Did Have Some Discharge That Was Whiteish Yellowish And Thick The Smell Is Kindve Yeasty But I’m Not Sure I Never Had A Yeast Infection Before And I Really Want To Have Sex But I Don’t Want To Give My Partner Anything Even Though Men Cant Really Catch Yeast Infections Or At Least Its Not That Likely . I Talked To My Doctor She Said It Might Be Another UTI Coming On And I Have Tried Yeast Infection Cream But It Didn’t Seem To Work ... Any Suggestions? I’ve Been Like This For A Few Days And I’m Tired Of It . I Did Have Sex A Few Days Ago Which Probably Wasn’t The Best Choice But I Wanted It So Bad My Partner Has No Signs Or Symptoms Of A Yeast Infection Idk What To Do Ladies , Please Help !
