Rib pain

I’ll be 14 weeks on Friday so it’s still a bit early to have any kind of rib pain (right)? Yesterday I had a “dull sharp” pain on my right side kinda where my ovary is that lasted for a few hours. Most of my pains have only lasted a few minutes so I was a bit worried but tried to talk myself down. A few hours ago I noticed pain right next to my right ribs that sometimes go through to my back. I had a miscarriage two years ago so I’m overly cautious. Should I call the after hours number at my doctors office or has anyone else experienced this so early?
