ovulation confusion?

So I was cramping oddly today and decided to do an ovulation test because I usually cramp before and during my ovulation window. I know this is not positive, but what I'm confused by is my period just ended 3 1/2 days ago, and I normally wouldn't be ovulating for another week or so. Glow says the middle of next week, and so does my Flo app. So why am I getting a line so soon that looks like I'm close to ovulating today?

Also took a pregnancy test just for the heck of it about 15 mins later and it was negative.
