My ultrasound, i have questions? URGENT

My doctor order s ultrasound for me. last time I saw him he diagnosed me with threatened miscarriage and viability. I had blood drawn, etc. I should be getting info back soon. The ultrasound technician wasn't able to give me any info outside of him. I tried to sneak and snap a pic but it's blurry and I can see nothing. any info on how I could make this clear or can you see anything? I don't know if I'm still pregnant or what's going on.
