What is happening to me?! HELP

So 4 days ago I found out that from you awesome glow people I was fertile based on my CM. Well we had sex a few days before that also. I have an insane cycle and this is the longest I’ve gone without having any bleeding and the last couple days I’ll sit there and just get some slight boob pain. Tonight I ate and a couple hours later I puked. My nipples kind of hurt to. Idk if this is normal? I mean we’ve been sexually active a week before I knew my CM was fertile CM. So now I’m trying to figure out what people think. Maybe just PMS or maybe more. I’ve been peeing a lot, but I’ve also been drinking water like crazy so I just attributed that to the water. Idk if I’m being paranoid or not. Any advice of help is appreciated. I also took a prego test last week and it said I was not pregnant but because my cycle is so crazy I don’t technically know if I’ve missed a period or not. Any help is appreciated. Right now it’s been a few minutes since I’ve puked I feel a little blah. Am I being paranoid?!
