Hello! I've been on the Nexplanon implant (the arm one) for 5 years, and it's not helping besides avoiding pregnancy. I have a 5 year old who has severe ADHD. #oneanddone

I will be having the Mirena inserted on Friday (tomorrow) and I'm scared it will hurt a lot and that I won't be able to walk the zoo with my son on Saturday. Any advice?
