Need help please !!

So some background stories I've had an ectopic pregnancy before and had to have emergency surgery and after that I start taking birth control. but sometimes bad about taking it and I missed a week of taking it and then I started back up taking it and I had some pressure but feel like I had to pee really bad and then the next day I started bleeding a little bit and then I got a little bit heavier and then I found it picture down below on my pad and I don't know if it was a miscarriage or if it's something else I've never seen anything like it before and I took a pregnancy test even though I'm bleeding and I came back as negative.
