Pregnant after ectopic

I had surgery for my ectopic on Valentine's day and lost my right tube. Here I am 12 weeks later am pregnant again!

My HCG at 4w2d was 1199

progesterone was 13.8

At 4w4d it was 2977

does this seem okay? not sure if I have any next steps with my doctor yet
