Does anyone here have what Drs refer to as a heart shaped uterus

Looking for some in put from anyone who has a heart shaped uterus I had many issues with my first pregnancy and I'm worried That if i do get pregnant a second or third time the same issues will occur can anyone help me out , my lil one had a uterin growth restriction cuz of the way my uterus is and I never knew I had the issues u till I was on the operating table when the dr asked if i know I had the issue
