Uterus pinching but BFN at 13 dpo??

Hi ladies this 2ww started off like most 2ww for me with the exception of some very strange strong pinching on my left side of uterus. I would feel them while not doing anything or when I sneezed or moved quickly.

They started on 10dpo and escalated at 11 dpo. I’ve had them on and off since then and I felt that this was a really good sign since I have never in my life felt these.

I’ve was convinced I was pregnant and started testing at 11 dpo... only thing is today I am 13dpo and I’m still getting BFN....

Does someone have a similar story that ended in a BFP?
