HELP ME I'M FREAKING OUT

so every test i took was negative. but i think it was too early to tell. so i had a period the first month which was 10 days ago. it was different. no cramps light bleeding different color. I ALWAYS CRAMP. now it's been 10 days I'm back on my period. again no cramps different color from normally. the bottom of my stomach is semi hard but when i have to pee it's REAL HARD n i just noticed the top of my stomach is rounding off. idk what to do. should i go to the hospital? PLEASE HELP THIS IS MY FIRST!
