WHEN IS A WOMEN "SAFE", FROM A MISCARRIAGE?

I'm 11/12-12 wks now. I just found out 2wks ago that I was pregnant, I went to the hospital thinking that I had a UTI, it wasn't a UTI, it was a baby. I knew it was a possibility, but I had also bled. The e.r. doctor said some women, get bloody down there, and it's not a misscarrage. That was 2 1/2 wks ago.

So about an hour ago, I felt blood down there again. Has anyone gone through this? My good friend bled up through her 2nd trimester, no problems, and now has a healthy 5yr old boy. Can anyone share some insight or educate me, on their experience please!?! I'm at the borderline, I mean about 3days away from 12weeks along. Please share with me, or pray for me...
