ovulation test opinions

I went off birth control in March and with in 2 weeks of that I had ALOT of EWCM for a few days. had a BFP 2 weeks later. ended up being a chemical pregnancy just a week after AF was due. my husband and I decided to try again this month so I got the glow app and response ovulation tests. the app said I was due to ovulate may 6th but I never got a positive lh surge. learned later that you shouldn't do it in the mornings so I started testing twice a day at 10am and 8pm. never got any EWCM but finally a positive test yesterday at may 10th at 10am. I test again at 8 pm and it was negative. did another one this morning and it was positive. still no EWCM and have had VERY sore nipples the past few days and even a little bit of clear liquid coming from them. I'm confused what's going on. am I ovulating?
